Breakage

If your Hook It Up Cup Breaks within one year Hook It Up Cup will send a replacement cup of the same color at no charge to the consumer.

To qualify for a replacement just simply email a copy of your original receipt, and a picture of the break and a picture of the bottom of the cup to returns@hookitupcup.com. Once we have received these three things we will notify you that we have received your request for a replacement cup. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
